Chung's Alignment & Auto Services

I brought my van to have it aligned. Chung found out that the upper control arms were both bad and the bushings were worn out. They worked 7 hours to rebuild my front end and alignment! Those mechanics and Chung worked over two hours after they closed to keep their word that they would finish my van that day!! Even though I was a walk in job that started at 1PM!!!!! My van is perfect now and I will definitely trust Chung and his men with whatever is needed to keep my cars running. Mahalos for your hard work. And the cost was a lot less than the big brand shops in the area!

So thankful for Chung’s!! I did t realize how bad my car was and was able to get all repairs needed in the same day when I had created an appointment. I am going to be brining my other car over as soon as possible. My car is no longer making noises and drives so smoothly! I thought I was going to need a new car ! THANK YOU!

Went there for a diagnostic appointment on my struts. Chung diagnosed it just driving my car into the garage. He made sure I was getting the right struts that suited my needs which I very much appreciate with the storms. I also got new tyres. Made an appointment to get all the work done and the car was done within the same day. Car drives like an absolute dream now and will definitely be back!

Took my frontier here for an alignment. Had aftermarket suspension and control arms. Truck started rubbing after the alignment. Chung was friendly, and helpful, but he might not be the best experienced for off-road style suspension. I told him I needed max caster to clear my fenders, but he told me to trust him to do it his way. Sure, the alignment was all in green, but I could barely make turns without ripping my fender off. He then told me to raise it and come back another time. I paid him for his time, cause he did put in the work, and I feel techs need to get paid for labor. I ended up taking it back to my shop and doing the alignment myself in 30min. Probably won't go to Chung's or any other alignment shop again. Waste my money and time. I wish I didn't trust another shop to do my alignment.

I am a regular customer to this mechanic shop. Made alignment and replaced my wheel bearing and strut. Price was good. The best alignment service in Honolulu.
